Today we gather to seek the thin spaces—those ordinary moments and places where the veil between heaven and earth grows thin, and God’s living presence meets us with attentive hearing and the gift of living water that truly satisfies.
Cheryl’s reflection invites us to seek those thin spaces where the ordinary becomes a meeting place with the living God who hears our prayers and offers living water that never runs dry.

The United Church of Canada Foundation was established in 2002 to manage trusts and endowments to support the work of the church. A number of funds have been created. Congregations benefit from the Foundation in many ways including grants to support congregations for the service provided to their communities. Ebenezer acknowledges being awarded one such grant and truly appreciates the generosity of the Foundation. Click here to download a brochure about the Foundation.
