We welcome to the pulpit, Cheryl Stenson. Cheryl took the Licensed Lay Worship Leader (LLWL) course with the United Church of Canada, receiving her license in November 2021. Since then, most of her Sundays have been filled serving in many and varied church communities, East to West, North to South. Cheryl helped coin Glebe’s mission statement, “Inclusive. Inventive. In Faith.” She aspires to reflect those qualities in her work as an LLWL.
BOOST THE BAG PROGRAM Thank you for the donations to the next pick up for 2026 is July 15th. Please consider bringing some non-perishable food and personal items to help “boost” the bags of fresh food from YRFN for families in need. Thank you.
Sunday School: If you are interested in helping grow the Sunday School program for future generations, please speak with Diane McLean. During the summer months there are pew packs available for children and youth to use at their seats.

Senior Services Network (SSN) and Alzheimer Society of York Region are running
"The Summer Social" program at Ebenezer United Church on Tuesdays from June 23, 2026 to September 1, 2026. They are also hosting 3 training sessions for their volunteers. This allows people with Alzheimer’s to continue to meet socially with a volunteer helper.
St. John Ambulance, 2-day First Aid Training course available on July 15 and 16, August 12 and 13, September 16 and 17 at Ebenezer United Church in the Heritage Hall.
